Article 1. Purpose These General Sales Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products proposed by PUFF & CO. LIMITED (hereinafter "the Seller") to its customers (hereinafter "the Customer"). 

Article 2. Products These GSCs apply to all products available for sale on the ebarro.linkrme.com site. The descriptions and photographs of the products are provided for informational purposes only. Photos are non-contractual and the packaging (packaging, design, labeling) may vary from that presented on the site without affecting the quality or composition of the product. 

Article 3. Order Validation of the order by "double click" or equivalent click constitutes an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature, binding the Customer. PUFF & CO. LIMITED confirms acceptance of the order by email. It reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an unresolved dispute. 

Article 4. Delivery The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. In the event of delivery without signature, responsibility is transferred as soon as the package is dropped off. The Customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt and report damage to the carrier and PUFF & CO. LIMITED within a period of 5 working days. If reshipment is necessary due to an incorrect address, the costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Article 5. Prices & Payment Prices are indicated in EUR TTC/HT as per choice. They can be changed at any time but only apply to validated orders. Payments via credit card, PayPal, or other means proposed on the site. 

Article 6. Delay of payment Ownership of the goods remains with the Seller until full payment. In case of delay, penalties at the rate of 10% per year are applied to the amounts due, plus a flat-rate indemnity of 40 €. 

Article 7. Resolutive Clause In case of non-payment or non-compliance by the Customer not corrected within 15 days after formal notice, PUFF & CO. LIMITED can terminate the GSCs as of right, without prejudice to damages and interests. 

Article 8. Retention of Title The goods sold remain the property of PUFF & CO. LIMITED until full payment. In case of collective proceedings, the Seller reserves the right to claim unpaid products. 

Article 9. Responsibilities & force majeure The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages. Its responsibility is limited to the amount paid by the Customer. No responsibility in case of force majeure. Photos being non-contractual and packaging may vary, PUFF & CO. LIMITED does not incur any responsibility in case of differences in presentation compared to the visuals. 

Article 10. Assignment PUFF & CO. LIMITED can assign its rights and obligations to a third party. The Customer cannot assign his/her rights without prior written agreement. 

Article 11. Home & Communications Legal address mentioned at the top. All communications are sent to this address. 

Article 12. Applicable Law & Disputes These GSCs are subject to English law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts in London.
